Allans Beach - Taiaroa Head - 15km* Start time: 9.00am, includes a boat ride across the Papanui Inlet courtesy of the Otago Coastguard.

 

The walk is not competative but to give an indication of how long it may take the fastest time is less than 2&1/2hrs and the slowest time is over 5 hrs. The average time is over 3&1/2hrs.
